Now I pray to God that you do no evil; not that we should appear approved, but that you should do that which is honest, though we be as reprobates. 8 For we can do nothing against the truth, but for the truth. 14 The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the communion of the Holy Ghost, be with you all. Amen.

καλός  kalos  honest – excellent, admirable, beautiful, magnificent.

7 We pray hard that it will all come together in your lives. 14 The amazing grace of the Master, Jesus Christ, the extravagant love of God, the intimate friendship of the Holy Spirit, be with all of you.

χάρις  charis  grace – divine influence, favour, benefit.

But we pray to God that you will be flawless, not to validate our ministry among you but so that you may continue on the path of righteousness even if we are denigrated.  14 Now, may the grace and joyous favor of the Lord Jesus Christ, the unambiguous love of God, and the precious communion that we share in the Holy Spirit be yours continually. Amen!

ἀγάπη  agapē  love – affectionate & humble, patient & kind, giving & forgiving, eternal – unchanging & unending, unconditional & reliable active benevolent love of God; Benevolence of God.

Pray The Word
Heavenly Father, thank You for keeping me from evil and from doing or participating in anything evil. I thank you for your grace by which I only do that which is honest, excellent, admirable and magnificent in Your sight, doing all things for the truth of the gospel of Christ. Thank You Father for the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ that is at work in my life and thank You for Your unconditional love and the oneness and intimate friendship of the Holy Spirit that You have given me, in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, amen.

By God’s grace I do all things for the truth, I only do that which is honest, excellent, admirable and magnificent because of the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ at work in my life, the unconditional, unambiguous love of God is at work in my life and the oneness, intimate relationship and friendship of the Holy Spirit is with me.
