[00:00:00] Speaker A: Hello. What the word says family. And welcome to another power packed session of prayer right here on teach us how to pray. Happy Monday, happy new week. And wherever you are joining us from in the world, a warm welcome to you in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. Well, tonight we're going to have a good time as we continue on our theme this month of dealing with the condition of our hearts.
[00:00:24] Speaker B: Hallelujah.
[00:00:25] Speaker A: It is God's desire for you to be prosperous in every area of your life. It is God's desire for you to experience eternal life in your soul. It is God's experience for you to, you know, encounter soul wellness.
[00:00:39] Speaker B: Hallelujah.
[00:00:40] Speaker A: You know, in the book of John 1010, the word of God says. Jesus says, I am come, that you may have life and have life in abundance to the full till it overflows.
[00:00:49] Speaker B: Hallelujah.
[00:00:50] Speaker A: This is God's desire. He desires for your mental health to be good for you, to have a sound mind. Praise the Lord. And if this is your first time joining us, I want to encourage you. You can even go as far back as July when we started this prayer platform to just get into some of the foundational principles of prayer that we were sharing with you from the word. And also, you know, this month of August, you can go back to our very first prayer session and go through some of, you know, the exhortations and prayers and, you know, what we've been saying and what we've been praying about from the beginning of the month. Praise the Lord. Because I know that it is so helpful, it will be so powerful, it will impact you. And wow, I'm so, so excited for each and every one of you that have decided to go on this journey with us. And I want to say thank you so much for sending through your prayer requests. We are joining our faith with yours. We cannot wait for you to have the testimony and for you to come through and tell us, cool. This is what God has done in my life. Praise God. And I also want to say thank you to all of you who have been reaching out to us across different mediums and platforms to tell us that you're joining in prayer with us and how the prayer has impacted and changed your life. Praise the Lord. So tonight we are still continuing with dealing with our emotions and dealing with the condition of our hearts. And I've got a few scriptures that I've prepared before we hop into our prayer session for tonight. Because the way teach us how to pray works is that we like to do a short exhortation, read from the scriptures. And then we do go into a time of prayer. So, you know, personally, the Lord has done so much for me where healing and emotional healing is concerned for me.
I think that I've dealt with and carried pain and different conditions of my heart. It's been very interesting for me for a very, very long time. I grew up in a broken home. I grew up with a lot of dysfunctional things in my home. And I didn't really know how much it affected me up until, you know, a few years ago when I decided to really face some of my challenges, face some of my emotional traumas, childhood traumas, life traumas. And that's when I just realized, oh, snap, this is how much, you know, some of the pains and the experiences of trauma in my childhood affected me. And why did it, you know, take long for me to address them or deal with them? Sure. I think.
I think shame is probably one of the big reasons. And, you know, for me, growing up as a Christian, I was introduced to the gospel since I was very young, but maybe in a more religious way. And I think one of these days, I'll share a little bit more about some of my, you know, my story, you know, on my platform or my YouTube platform or, you know, right here on the what the word says platform. But growing up, you know, in the church and with the religious environment, listen, I'm not saying anything against anyone that was in the church, you know, when I was growing up, but it's just recognizing that how times move and times change. And at that time, you know, when the gospel was just introduced to me, there was this kind of narrative, you know, and in Afrikaans, the people would say, when you say, how are you? People would say, that means can't complain, not allowed to complain. And this built kind of a narrative or mentality or mindset of, you know, as a Christian, you will go through things, you will experience traumas, disappointments, grief, abuse, the things you go through in your life, and you should never talk about it, you know, now, listen, I'm not saying you talk about it to, you know, go onto your Facebook or your social media and you're like, listen, I just want to tell you guys, I'm feeling like this. And these are my hurts and my emotions. No.
One of the most important things to understand is being able to open up your heart to the Lord Jesus, right? Because that is your safe space. So that's the primary place that you're going to need to go to when you have issues in your heart, when you're dealing with issues in your heart. Remember, I read to you from proverbs the other week where I said that the word of God says, guard your heart with all diligence, for out of it are the issues of life. So whatever is happening in your heart is going to affect your whole life. Praise God. So there's some people that they are literally stuck at the place of their pain. They can't move forward. Even if they're an older person. They could be in their fifties, their sixties, and maybe something happened to them when they were 20 or 23 or 24, and they're literally stuck in that age. They are unable to move forward because they have not addressed the pain. They have not processed the pain that they have gone through. And remember, I spoke to you about, you know, an emotional injury is exactly the same as a physical injury. If you do not tend to that emotional wound, what is happening is that it is festering.
It's not getting cleaned up. It's probably getting worse.
[00:05:51] Speaker C: Right?
[00:05:51] Speaker A: And then last week, I think I spoke to you about how these wounds, these open wounds, these conditions of the heart, now give an open door and a foothold for demonic activity to start taking place in your heart. Okay, so back to the story.
[00:06:05] Speaker C: Yeah.
[00:06:06] Speaker A: So the shame of, you know, having problems and, you know, having to address it, and, you know, so there's kind of this narrative that, okay, once you've come into Christ, you have salvation. You are filled with the Holy Spirit. All your problems have gone away. The emotional problems are gone, the physical problems are gone, the financial problems are gone. Why are you struggling? You know, and even as I progressed as a Christian, getting older, no matter which church I went to, there was kind of this narrative, you know, that you are spiritually immature. You are a little bit lower in your revelation or your understanding because you have these.
You're so weak because you're dealing with emotional problems, etc. Etcetera. So that was the narrative. But my husband was now speaking to me, and he's like, listen, Lorian, salvation is. It doesn't mean that your problems have now gone away. Getting born again does not mean that, you know, everything becomes super easy. No. Getting born again. Your spirit gets born again. You receive eternal life. But when you get born again and you receive the Holy Spirit, you now have an opportunity to deal with your problems. You can now deal with your challenges. Getting born again doesn't take the challenges away. It doesn't take the problems away. You still have to go and face those problems. You have to address it. It still needs to be processed, because when you went through those challenges, those problems, the abuse, the betrayal, the disappointment. There was impact in your relationship, emotions. And as much as you are born again in your spirit, your soul, in your emotions, there was impact. There was contact, like a physical wound. It became an emotional wound. So I didn't have these tools. I didn't really understand, you know, that, okay, being born again means that you will go through problems and challenges, but you can now use the word of God. You now have the power to overcome those problems and those challenges. So what I did is, I think I just, you know, I just kept on going on in my life. I just kept hiding my pain, hiding my problems to the Lord. The Lord. Remember, I said, it's not about people. It's not about coming before people and telling people. And yes, obviously, there are those people that go and seek, you know, help from a counselor or a psychologist or they journal. That's fine, you know, if you want to get the professional help. But ultimately, God is our father. Ultimately, he's given us the Holy Spirit. He's given us his word.
[00:08:31] Speaker B: Hallelujah.
[00:08:32] Speaker A: And he's the one that can heal every broken heart, bind every wound. He's the one that gives you the principles of life. He's the one that gives you the word of God.
[00:08:40] Speaker B: Hallelujah.
[00:08:41] Speaker A: Which is sharper than any two edged sword. It's able to go to the root of that problem and heal.
[00:08:46] Speaker B: Hallelujah.
[00:08:47] Speaker A: Praise the Lord. So that's a little bit about how, you know, I started my healing journey. And, you know, my husband was encouraging me, and he's like, listen, if there's one person you're going to open up your heart to, it's the one that can help you. That's God the father. And then he encouraged me to go into the book of Genesis and look at the fellowship and the communion between Adam and God, what those conversations were like. And then he also encouraged me to go into the psalms and look at, you know, the relationship that David had with the Lord. He was honest, you know, when he had his, you know, his challenges, his disappointments, the pains and the hurts, he would, you know, he would come to the father and he'll be completely honest with him. So that's when I realized, okay, I can't put on a facade when I come before the Lord. I can't be a big, macho Christian. Oh, you know, I'm a U. S. Of God. Yes, that is true. In accordance with the word. I'm a son of God. I'm a soldier of God. But God is also my father. He's also my healer, he's also my friend, he's also my lover. Do you understand? So, you know, I had to break down the walls before the Lord, and I needed to get to an intimate place with him to say, God, this is what's going on. This is where I was disappointed. This is why I was hurt. There are these things that are happening. I don't know how to process this pain. You know, you're stuck between, I should be feeling grateful versus. But there are these things that happened. There are these things that happened that introduced so many, you know, different things into my life. Disappointment, guilt, trauma, shame. How do I deal with this? Praise the Lord. And I want to tell you today, if you're going through emotional struggles and problems, there is no shame. There is no shame in facing it. You know, don't believe the lie of the enemy, don't believe the religious lie that you must run from God and just put on a facade and pretend everything is okay. No. When you're going through hurt, when you're going through pain, when you're facing that physical impact, maybe it's a grief, maybe it's a loss of a family member. You understand you need to go to the father.
[00:10:54] Speaker B: Hallelujah.
[00:10:55] Speaker A: And, you know, just to prove to you that even the Lord Jesus Christ went through this.
Around about Easter time, I had put together, you know, a little short Bible study, and I'm gonna, I'm gonna put it up on the website. And it was around Easter time, and I wanted to, you know, share regarding the emotional anguish that the Lord Jesus Christ had gone through around the time of the crucifixion. So many times we see the account, especially in the gospels, of the physical pain, the trauma, the spiritual separation that the Lord Jesus Christ had gone through, the physical challenges. But when we read the messianic prophecies, which we can find in the books of Psalms and Isaiah, it actually lets us into the emotional state of the Lord Jesus Christ during that period of the crucifixion, before, during and after. And I want to share that with you just so you know that even the Lord Jesus Christ went through emotional distress.
Even the Lord Jesus Christ, he faced a lot of hurt and pain. Praise God. So he's not the one you should be running from, because he's the one that understands. Praise God. You know, you can speak to somebody and you explain to them what you're facing and they don't understand, and they're like, what's wrong with you, man? You should be grateful. You should be. Ah, no, man. Just get over it. What do you mean? That happened long time ago. That's people. Because a lot of people might not understand or identify with the things that you have gone through uniquely. But let me read to you from the scriptures. Hebrews 414 16 says, seeing then that we have a great high priest that is passed into the heavens, Jesus, the son of God, let us hold fast to our profession, for we have not a high priest, which cannot be touched with the feelings of our infirmities, but was in all points tempted like, as we are, yet without sin. Let us then therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in a time of need.
[00:12:58] Speaker B: Oh, hallelujah.
[00:12:59] Speaker A: For we have not a high priest which cannot be touched with the feelings of our infirmities. The Lord Jesus Christ is touched with the feelings of our infirmities. He went through it all. He saw it all, and he did it for us.
[00:13:14] Speaker B: Hallelujah.
[00:13:15] Speaker A: Therefore, we can come boldly to the throne room of grace, hallelujah. To obtain grace for a time of need. To obtain. To Lambano, take a hold of mercy.
[00:13:25] Speaker B: Hallelujah.
[00:13:26] Speaker A: Because the Lord Jesus Christ has been through it. I want to read a few more scriptures to you that will help us to, you know, just understand where the Lord Jesus was at in psalm 22, verse one. And obviously, you know, this is David, you know, speaking about some of these prophecies that are to come. And I think it's so phenomenal that these prophets of old were already just, you know, prophesying what the messiah would be going through. I think God was so amazing to just let us into this. In these psalms, psalm 22 one, it says, my God, my God, why have you forsaken me? Why are you so far from saving me, so far from my cries of anguish? This is what the Lord Jesus Christ said. But David is now prophesying hallelujah. He's foretelling. He's foreseeing what the messiah is going to say. This is what he went through, and this is what David had gone through. My God, my God, why have you forsaken me? A lot of the times, some of you might have experienced, you know, separation, feeling separated from God, feeling far from God. These are emotions. These are feelings. Why are you so far from saving me, so far from my cries of anguish?
Can you imagine? Someone feels far from God. They feel separated from the father, especially in their moment of trouble, their moment of anguish. Oh, Lord Jesus, I'm going to read to you from psalm 22 67 in the amplified. And it says, this is David now, but it's the Lord Jesus. But I am treated as a worm, insignificant and powerless and not a man. I am the scorn of men and despised by the people.
All who see me lost at me and they mock me. They insultingly open their lips and they shake their head. This is how the Lord Jesus Christ felt on the cross. I'm treated as a worm, insignificant and powerless. Have you ever felt insignificant and powerless? He says, I'm the scorn of men, despised by the people. Have you ever gone through this?
All who see me laugh at me, and they mock me. Have you been mocked? Have you been laughed at? Have you been rejected? Have you been left out? The Lord Jesus Christ, he felt that way. Praise the Lord.
I'm going to read another one to you from psalms 20 214 18 in the amplified version.
Now this verse speaks of agonizing emotional and physical pain. He says, I am poured out like water and all my bones are out of joint.
My heart is like water.
It is melted by anguish within me. Can you imagine the Lord Jesus Christ? That's how he felt on the cross. My heart is like wax. It is melted. My strength is dried up like a fragment of clay, pottery. My dried tongue clings to my jaws. And you have laid me in the dust of death. For a pack of dogs have surrounded me. A gang of evildoers have encircled me. They pierced my hands and my feet, and I can count all my bones. They look and they stare at me. Have the people looked at you? And they've stared at you with pity. They say, sorry. Ach, shame. That's what the Lord Jesus Christ was going through. Praise the Lord. We do not have a high priest that cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities. Isaiah 50 312. Therefore will I divide him a portion with the great, and he shall divide the spoil with the strong. King James version because he hath poured out his soul unto death, and he was numbered with the transgressors, and he bare the sin of many.
[00:17:18] Speaker B: Oh, hallelujah.
[00:17:18] Speaker A: Can you imagine? He was numbered with the transgressors. They what is the word for this?
He was not mistreated, but he he was branded. He was given a name. He was branded. He was numbered with the transgressors, and he bare the sin of many. You know, he was in that group of people that they said, ah, the sinners. You know, they are those people. That's the Lord Jesus Christ. And I'll read the last one to you. Isaiah 53 seven. He was oppressed and was afflicted, yet he opened not his mouth. He brought as a lamb to the slaughter. He's brought as a lamb to the slaughter, and as a sheep before her sharers.
And he opened not his mouth. He was oppressed. He was afflicted. Brothers and sisters, do you understand? These things happened to the Lord Jesus Christ. Right? And he always knew that he could go to the father up until the day that he was separated from the father on the cross. So I want to encourage you tonight. Right. These things happen to the Lord Jesus Christ. They happen to the prophets, to the apostles. And the one person that you can turn to with your heart is the Lord.
[00:18:34] Speaker B: Hallelujah.
[00:18:35] Speaker A: So that he can heal you, he can cleanse you, he can comfort you.
[00:18:40] Speaker B: Hallelujah.
[00:18:41] Speaker A: And those things can leave your life.
[00:18:43] Speaker B: Hallelujah.
[00:18:43] Speaker A: And you can live in freedom and in liberty. But I just didn't want you to feel as if there was something wrong with you. But I also want you to know that you can always come into his throne room of grace because of the blood of Jesus Christ. You can obtain grace, you can obtain mercy for this very thing. But do not continue to hide from the Lord. Do not continue to pretend as if you know nothing has happened and live in survival mode and mistreat people. And the same pain that you're feeling, you are putting it on other people, or you are just hiding and you're not dealing with it. Praise the Lord. This is our Mandev. This is our time to deal with the condition of our heart. Praise the Lord. So let's kick off our prayer session tonight. That was a little bit of a long exhortation, but praise God. We're in the presence of the Lord.
[00:19:31] Speaker B: Hallelujah.

So let's start off with our prayer point of thanksgiving tonight, prayer point of honor and thanksgiving. Let's spend time to acknowledge the Lord and honor him for who he is in our life. We also thank him for this new week. And our scriptures come from psalm 95 six says, come, let us bow down in worship. Let us kneel before the Lord our maker. And then we go to psalm 103 two, three. [00:23:40] Speaker B: Hallelujah.
[00:23:41] Speaker A: If you've just joined us, this is teach us how to pray. And you know what, guys, I haven't said this in a long time. When we pray, obviously I do bring out the prayer points. And then we read the scriptures and then we start to pray.
[00:23:52] Speaker B: Hallelujah.
[00:23:53] Speaker A: We pray with the spirit and we pray in the spirit. We pray in the spirit because we pray according to the word of God and we pray with the spirit.
[00:24:00] Speaker B: Hallelujah.
[00:24:00] Speaker A: That is speaking in other tongues, praise the Lord. Because when we speak in other tongues, we do not speak to a man, but we speak to God and we command angels.
[00:24:08] Speaker B: Hallelujah.
[00:24:09] Speaker A: Let's get into our prayer point for tonight. We are praying concerning healing from emotional wounds.
[00:24:16] Speaker B: Hallelujah.
[00:24:16] Speaker A: Healing from emotional wounds. We are praying concerning healing for our emotional wounds. And you know, this is what we're going to be doing throughout this month. We're going to be engaging the spirit. We're going to be engaging the word of God concerning healing.
[00:24:31] Speaker B: Hallelujah.
[00:24:31] Speaker A: Now, you might be thinking, ah, man, why are we praying every single time about this? Because this is the theme for our month. Praise God. But I want you to also think about how long you've been carrying certain things in your heart. How long did that, how long ago did that trauma happen? When did that disappointment happen? How long have you been carrying certain conditions of your heart and not bringing them before the Lord and not receiving freedom? How long have you not been addressing the issue? Praise God. It's been a long time.
Praise God. So now that you are addressing it, you know, you're going to engage the spirit. And it's like a closet sometimes. You know, you put stuff in the closet and the closet gets full and then one day you open it and everything bursts out. There are a lot of things that come out. And I know during this time the Holy Spirit has been revealing things to you. He's been bringing things to your mind, he's been bringing things to your heart. You've been hearing things from the spirit and you know that. Okay, cool. These are the conditions of my heart. I need to deal with a, B and C. Okay, cool. This happened. Okay, cool. God wants me to forgive this situation. This is affected my character. This affected, you know, the way I look at relationships. This has affected my relationship with money.
You see, out of your heart are the issues of life. The way things happen, those things that have taken root in your heart, you know, you're going to need to uproot them consistently. Praise God. So you're praying about healing from emotional wounds. And I put in brackets depression and hopelessness, shame and guilt, anger and resentment, fear and anxiety, loss and grief, rejection and loneliness, betrayal and trust issues. There's quite a lot of things, right? These are the things that can go on in your heart. And we might get to some prayer sessions wherever we focus on specific things, but I'm just letting you know, okay, these are some of the things that you could be facing. Hopelessness, shame and guilt, you understand? Anger and resentment, fear and anxiety, loss and grief. You know, what you are experiencing. Okay? So tonight you're gonna obtain healing concerning these things and be specific. Praise God. If there's something that I haven't called out, maybe disappointment, you can deal with those things. Specifically. Tonight, we bring our heart and emotions before the father. We expose it to him and him alone. We acknowledge that we were wounded and we bring the painful and traumatic experiences that we have that have impacted us before him. We ask for healing in accordance with the scriptures, with his word. We ask that the blood of Yeshua cleanse us from all painful and emotional experiences and the conditions and effects thereof. I want you to feel free to write some of these things down as the spirit communicates to you. You know, as thoughts come to your mind, write them down. Write down the scriptures. Write down the instructions from the spirit. Maybe after this, the holy spirit is going to tell you. Okay, cool. You know, you've dealt with the issue of rejection and loneliness. These are the scriptures. I want you to now meditate on this every day in your prayer closet. It's been so many years with the rejection, so many years of the grief. Now I want you to take more time.
[00:27:34] Speaker B: Hallelujah.
[00:27:35] Speaker A: To put the word of God, God where that thing was. Praise God. So we are using scriptures. Isaiah 53, four to five. It says, surely he has borne our griefs and carried our sorrows, yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God and afflicted. But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities. The chastisement of our peace was upon him. And with his stripes. We are healed. You are healed from that emotion condition tonight.
[00:28:03] Speaker B: Hallelujah.
[00:28:04] Speaker A: Jeremiah 3017, for I will restore you to health and heal your wounds. Thus saith the Lord. Let us pray tonight. Thank you father, for healing from emotional wounds.
[00:28:21] Speaker C: Thank you, father. Makudza Kadzisha, Rashadia, Rekha bhadishika zika. We bring our heart before you, zika de de dea. You know all things, Rashadia. Yet you want us to come before you, Makadisha, into your throne room of grace, Rashadia Likadzika, to fellowship and commune with you, Holy Father. Makadisha zika de de dea.
[00:28:46] Speaker A: You see our emotions.
[00:28:50] Speaker C: You know where we need healing. We know where we need healing. Ola Shedadia rekha baditae zika did it there. You know the hopelessness, Rashadia, that some.
[00:29:00] Speaker A: Of us have been living with.
[00:29:02] Speaker C: Makadisha. You know the depression that some people have been living with. Oh, shaded zika de dea. Rekuka zika de de dea. Rekha badisha, zika dear. Rekha bhatte sheikah zika dear, call out your condition, a kabad zika.
[00:29:18] Speaker A: You know what you're experiencing.
[00:29:20] Speaker C: Makadisha zika de de de kadea, rekha badisha we are praying, father, for those makadzika rashadia that desire, that need emotional healing tonight. Makadisha zika deha those with the depression, those with the hopelessness. [00:39:33] Speaker B: Oh, hallelujah. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. Hallelujah.
[00:39:38] Speaker C: Oh, thank you, Jesus.
We thank you, Father. Oh, hallelujah.
[00:39:43] Speaker A: The Lord is wonderful. The Lord is beautiful.
[00:39:46] Speaker C: Makadisha.
[00:39:47] Speaker A: Whenever you experience emotional trauma and emotional pain, because that is life, there's not one day you're not going to be offended. You're not going to be disappointed. You can grow your personality and your character to get to a level where, you know, it doesn't affect you that much. But there are things that happen at different levels of your life where, you know, you. You feel offended. But the more you grow in the word of God, you know, your. Your tolerance level, you know, becomes a little bit higher. You don't get too much offended because you understand the nature of human beings. You grow in wisdom. You know how to take yourself out of certain situations, you know, you know how to be in the right place at the right time, etc. Etcetera. But the more you grow, this is how you deal with it. Praise God. I'm obviously praying for people that has been dealing with the longstanding issues, you know, concerning the condition of their heart. But from this moment forward, you know, whenever you have a moment and impact in your emotions, a moment of offense, unforgiveness, that's how you deal with it. The way we're dealing with it. Praying with the scriptures in this way.
[00:40:49] Speaker C: I think I taught you guys how.
[00:40:50] Speaker A: To forgive in our last prayer session where we spoke about how you forgive in the place of prayer. You just do it. This is the life of the Christian.
[00:40:57] Speaker B: Hallelujah.
[00:40:58] Speaker A: And like I said, never be afraid and ashamed to come before the father and ask him to help you. And also use his word.
[00:41:04] Speaker B: Hallelujah.
[00:41:04] Speaker A: We're praying in the spirit.
Okay, so now we're going to be moving on to our next prayer point, a very exciting prayer point. We're going to be praying regarding, pulling, pulling down strongholds of the mind.
[00:41:19] Speaker B: Hallelujah.
[00:41:20] Speaker A: So, you know, strongholds of the mind ish.
It's very interesting because once you've experienced these painful things or you've experienced trauma, the strongholds of the mind. Now come next. Okay, what are strongholds of the mind? There are patterns. There are ways of thinking, beliefs, age old beliefs that you have developed, you understand? So when we say strongholds, when we look at the word in the KJV stronghold, probably the translation from the Greek is going to be, or even the Hebrew is going to be castle or fortress. Okay, so that's a stronghold because back in the day, the strongholds, you know, used to be those castles and those fortresses where, you know, the king would go into for safety and they put up all the walls and they the drawbridge and, you know, it's a stronghold with all their soldiers, etc. So now, like, you know, strongholds of the mind are like castles and fortresses, high walls that have been built up in your mind beliefs, right? So if you've experienced rejection, now you start to believe a, I'm not worthy. I'm not, you know, nobody wants me. I'm not good enough. I'm not worthy. Those are strongholds of the mind because they don't line up with God's word. Praise God. Maybe you experience a lot of poverty growing up, so you have a mindset about money. A fortress, a castle. A stronghold concerning money. Praise God. So we're going to pull those strongholds down tonight. Praise the Lord. Because you've now been healed. So the strongholds must come down.
[00:42:50] Speaker B: Hallelujah.
[00:42:51] Speaker A: We pull down every stronghold of the mind that has been built up over time as a result of sustaining emotional wounds. We demolish every age old lie and every high thing opposing God's word in my mind, taking captivity of every thought to the obedience of Christ. We're reading in accordance with two corinthians, ten four to six. It says, for the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty. Through God to the pulling down of strongholds, casting down imaginations and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God. And bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ. And having in a readiness.
Having a readiness to revenge all disobedience. When your obedience is fulfilled.
[00:43:37] Speaker B: Hallelujah.
[00:43:38] Speaker A: So we're going to be pulling down strongholds, hallelujah. With the blood of the Lord Jesus Christ. With the weapons of our warfare.
[00:43:45] Speaker B: Hallelujah.
[00:43:46] Speaker A: Pulling down those strongholds of the mind.
[00:43:47] Speaker C: Let us pray. O santa zika de de de de de dea ruka de de de de de dea. We come against every single stronghold of the mind le kadisha that has been.

[00:50:19] Speaker B: Oh, hallelujah. Oh, hallelujah.
[00:50:22] Speaker C: Father, we thank you.
[00:50:24] Speaker A: Father, we thank you for your people tonight. Every stronghold of the mind, age old strongholds, lies, deception, everything that the enemy has told them that has become their mentality tonight.
[00:50:38] Speaker C: May it be erased by the blood of Jesus Christ of Nazareth made loose its foundation those strongholds, may they lose their foundation. May they come crumbling down those fortresses of lies. May they be permanently erased by the blood of Jesus Christ of Nazareth. O Santa Lisha, Father. May the word of God now impact them. May the word of God be rooted and grounded in their life. May the word of God take the preeminence. May the word of God produce results in their life in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth.
May they be strengthened with might by your spirit in their inner man, O.
[00:51:19] Speaker A: Lord, to do the word, to do.
[00:51:21] Speaker C: The work in the name of Jesus Christ. And not to tire, but to remain on the platform of the word.
[00:51:27] Speaker B: Oh, hallelujah.
[00:51:29] Speaker A: Praise God. We're going to do our final prayer point. So you see, you know, that's how it works. You have to deal with the strongholds of the mind, you understand? Recognize the wrong patterns of thinking. So many times people are feeling like they're a victim, you understand? Yeah, you know, they're probably a victim of, you know, the enemy and what he came to do and destroy in their life. But ultimately, the Lord Jesus Christ came to make us a victor through his death, burial and resurrection.
[00:51:53] Speaker B: Hallelujah.
[00:51:54] Speaker A: So now it's no more about being a victim, right? So now you reckon, cool. Where, where is it the wrong, where do I have the wrong mentality about whatever it might be? And then now you deal with it. You take those strongholds down because the word of God has given you the authority. You understand? Even beyond this prayer session, because it's been a long time, you continue addressing those strongholds of the mind and then you now replace them with the word of God. Every time that lie comes to whisper to you, ah, this is you.
You did this. You did that. You're always gonna be like this. Your life is like this. Whatever lie you now you know, deal with it. You understand? You've been canceled. You pull down the stronghold. This mentality will not have the authority over my life. Now, the word of God says this, and I'm living my life in accordance with this word.
[00:52:41] Speaker B: Hallelujah.
[00:52:42] Speaker A: And then our final prayer point. We're praying regarding restoration. We thank God for our restoration.
[00:52:48] Speaker B: Hallelujah.
[00:52:49] Speaker A: We are grateful for our total healing and restoration. Restoration. We thank God that he's doing a new thing in our lives. Everything that we have lost has been restored.
[00:52:56] Speaker C: We recover all.
[00:52:57] Speaker A: And instead of shame, there is glory. Psalm 51, verse twelve says, restore to me the joy of my salvation and grant me a willing spirit to sustain me. Praise God. He says, restore unto me the joy of my salvation. There is a joy of salvation. Brothers and sisters, they are the benefits of salvation.
[00:53:17] Speaker C: You can't be living.
[00:53:18] Speaker A: We can't be having our life like it's the curse. Do you understand? Like we're living under the curse. No, we're not living under the curse. We now have eternal life. So we're praying. We say, thank you, Father. You've restored unto us the joy of our salvation.
[00:53:31] Speaker B: Hallelujah.
[00:53:32] Speaker A: Our life is the expression of God's salvation.
[00:53:35] Speaker B: Hallelujah.
[00:53:36] Speaker A: And instead of your shame, Isaiah 61 seven, you shall have double honor. And instead of confusing, you shall rejoice in your portion.
[00:53:45] Speaker B: Hallelujah.
[00:53:46] Speaker A: Therefore, in their land, they shall possess double everlasting joy shall be theirs.

There is now double honor. There is glory in that area. Wherever the devil tried to shame you God has given you double, double honor. Praise the Lord. Let's just conclude with some confessions that are related to, you know, a condition of our hearts tonight. Say I'm alive unto God. In Christ Jesus.
In Christ I live, in Christ I move and in Christ I have my being.
The love of God is shed abroad in my heart by the Holy Spirit. My heart is full of love. My heart is full of joy. My heart is full of peace.
I cut off and erase any negative emotions and any negative memories associated that are inconsistent with the life and nature of God. In the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, I speak words of faith, love and kindness to and about all people.
No corrupt communication comes from out of my mouth.
I eject every thought and feeling of anger, disappointment and any formal type of bitterness, offense, resentment or unforgiveness towards anyone from my soul.
I cut off all negative emotions from my soul. I cut off and erase any negative memories that are associated with these hurtful emotions from my soul. In the name of the Lord Jesus Christ. I am the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus.
I love all people with Christ through love that flows in and through me.
I bless all people with every spiritual blessing that I have in Christ Jesus.
I forgive today every person who has ever wronged, disappointed, persecuted or hurt me.
Also forgive everyone that will ever disappoint, persecute, hurt or wrong me in the future, just as God has forgiven me in Christ Jesus. Nothing shall be able to separate them from the love of God that flows in and through me from Christ Jesus, Jesus our Lord.
[01:03:49] Speaker B: Oh, hallelujah.
[01:03:50] Speaker A: Glory to God. Thank you, father, for this amazing prayer session. Let us know in the comments if you have, if you're having a good time, you know, if you've got a prayer request, if you've got a special word from the spirit, right, that you've had during this prayer session. What a beautiful time. And we're so grateful to you, Father, for this platform and this opportunity for us to address ourselves, for us to fellowship and commune with you in prayer and also to make changes in our lives and in the lives of our family and brothers and sisters. If you know, anybody that has, you know, struggles with emotional health, mental well being, condition of the heart, you can pray for them. Use the same prayer points that we're praying. You pray for them. You pray for the strongholds of the mind to be erased, to be brought down. You pray for the healing of their heart. You ask the father, praise God. You can pray for people that you know are in that specific situation, but you know, we love praying for ourselves here as well because, you know, what good is it when you pray for other people but you yourself are not changed. You need to be the first recipient of the word of God. You need to be the first person that is transformed by this word that you preach. Praise the Lord. So I want to give anyone an opportunity tonight who says, listen, I want to be a child of God, I want to have this boldness that you have, you know, just to come into God's throne room of grace and obtain grace and mercy for a time of need. I want to. I want to be able to do that. Listen, brothers and sisters, in order for you to become a child of God, you need to be born again. You know, Jesus Christ says, I am the way. I'm the truth and I'm the life. Nobody comes to the Father but by me. You want to go to the father. You want to come into his throne room of grace. It's by the Lord Jesus Christ. It's because of you, blood.
[01:05:31] Speaker B: Hallelujah.
[01:05:32] Speaker A: So in the same way that the Lord Jesus Christ told Nicodemus, you must be born again.
[01:05:39] Speaker B: Hallelujah.
[01:05:40] Speaker A: You must be born again. In order for you to be born again, you have got to believe that Jesus is the way, he's the truth is the life, that he's God. That he died for my sin, for your sin, and that he was raised to life by the father.
[01:05:54] Speaker B: Hallelujah.
[01:05:55] Speaker A: This is the gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ. That he God, and he came to this earth in the form of human flesh. He was the word that became flesh. He lived, he died, and he was raised to life for my sake and for your sake.
[01:06:08] Speaker B: Hallelujah.
