15 Days Of Prayers Of The Holy Spirit Day 12: Effective Communication & Demonstration Of The Word Of God

[00:00:00] Speaker A: And we are on day 12 of the 15 days of the prayers of the Holy Spirit program. And the prayer for today is effective communication and demonstration of the Word of God. So the prayer point is effective communication and demonstration of the Word of God. And that prayer point of the Holy Spirit is found in Philmon 1 from verse 4 to 6. Glory to God from verse 4 to 6. And I'm going to read the King James Version. And it says, I thank my God, making mention of you always in my prayers, hearing of your love and faith which you have toward the Lord Jesus and toward all saints, that the communication of your faith may become effectual by the acknowledging of every good thing which is in you, in Christ Jesus. What is he talking about here? He's talking about the communication, the distribution, the sharing of your faith says it may become effectively powerful, effective and powerful. [00:01:07] Speaker B: Hallelujah. [00:01:08] Speaker A: So that word there is talking about effective and powerful. That is nhs all right. Which is. Which is translated effectual. [00:01:36] Speaker A: And that word is translated communication is koinonia. And we've looked at that word in our previous word studies. Koinonia means partnership. It also means distribution. In this context, it's talking about distribution and sharing together how. [00:01:51] Speaker B: Hallelujah. [00:01:52] Speaker A: So our word study there, the first one is oneness. That means that you've become one with the faith of Jesus Christ, saying, in your oneness with the faith, in your oneness with the Word of God, in your oneness. [00:02:05] Speaker B: Hallelujah. [00:02:06] Speaker A: You being mingled and becoming one with the faith and with the knowledge of Jesus Christ. The communication, that distribution that now causes a distribution. [00:02:16] Speaker B: Hallelujah. [00:02:17] Speaker A: Of your. Of your faith, a distribution and a communication of the word of God that is effectively powerful. Glory to God. [00:02:25] Speaker B: Hallelujah. [00:02:26] Speaker A: It says that the communication of your faith should become effectively powerful. Glory to God. And then it says by the acknowledging that word, acknowledging, there also is epignosis, which we have also looked at, which is the full by the full and exact knowledge. He's saying that this distribution and communication and sharing of your faith, you being one with your. With the faith, you being one with the Word of God. He says that what it does is it's going to produce. Produce even a deeper, fuller, exact knowledge, a pygnosis. [00:02:55] Speaker B: Hallelujah. [00:02:56] Speaker A: Epignosis of what? Of every good thing which is in you in Christ Jesus. Glory to God. Every good thing which is in you in Christ Jesus. There are good things which are in you in Christ Jesus. There are good things which are in me. When you came into Christ, Hallelujah. There were deposits of good things which are now in you, in Christ Jesus. And then the Bible says, when you study in First Corinthians, chapter 2, that God has given to us these things by his Spirit. [00:03:26] Speaker B: Hallelujah. And then it says, not in the wisdom which man's wisdom, not in the words which man's wisdom teaches, but which the Holy Spirit teaches. Comparing pneumaticos with pneumaticos, comparing spiritual with spiritual, says that God has given to us these things. God has given us these divine virtues. God has given us these divine. Let's read the living Bible translation of this prayer point says, I always thank God when I'm praying for you, dear Philmon, because I keep hearing of your love and trust in the Lord Jesus and in his people. And I pray that as you share your faith with others, it will grip. It will grip their lives too, as you share your faith with others. This is what he's talking about. As you share your faith with Others. As you share the word of God with others, as you share the gospel of Christ with others, it will grip them. It will grip their lives too. Why? Because it's going to be effective. It's going to be accompanied by an effective power. It's going to be accompanied by an effectual power. It's going to be accompanied by an operative power, an energetic power. Effectual. That's effectual. Glory to God. And then it says it will grip their lives too, as they see the wealth of good things in you that come from Christ Jesus. Okay, that's a nice one. Let's read the EXB Version. It says, I always thank my God when I mention remember you in my prayers because I hear about the love that you have for all of God's holy people, the saints, and the faith you have in the Lord Jesus. Verse 6. I pray that the faith you share, the faith you share, the sharing the fellowship of your faith may make you or enable and empower you to understand. Every blessing we have in Christ says that as you share it, there's a manifestation of the power of God. That happens. May there be a manifestation of the effective power of God as you share your faith with others, as you share the word of God with others, may there be an effective manifestation of the power of God that will in turn help you to know better those things that are inside of you. Hallelujah in Christ Jesus, to know those virtues, to know that power of God that is inside you. Since you begin to now what Share in the knowledge of that power of God. Also experience the have an experience of the power and of those things which are in you. So he says there are certain things. So what he's trying to tell you here, what he's actually saying, without actually saying it, is that there is a knowledge of the things that are in you, that are in Christ Jesus that you'll only get to experience when you begin to share your faith, when you begin to share the message, when you begin to share the word of God. You see? So those people that like to keep quiet and not share the word of God and not preach the gospel, there are some things that they will never know or experience about the things that are in us, in Christ Jesus. So until you begin to share the word of God boldly, until you begin to share and speak the gospel of Jesus Christ, remember what it says In Romans chapter one, when you read from verse 16, says, For I am not ashamed of the Gospel of Christ, says, for it is the power of God unto salvation. It is the Power of God unto salvation. There is a power of God that goes with the gospel. There's a power of God that goes with the sharing and the demonstration of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. And then he says that, that. That communication, that sharing of your faith and of the Gospel of Jesus Christ will be accompanied with a. With. With an experiential knowledge of certain things that have been. That have been deposited in us in Christ Jesus. As you share the word of God, as you share the Gospel of Jesus Christ, you begin to now interact with these things that God has put in you and you begin to now know them full with a full and exact knowledge of those things. Hey. Okay, let's read the AMPC version of this prayer point. So it says for you there are certain things that you'll only experience when you begin to share the Word of God. There are certain things that God has given us in Christ Jesus that you can. That you can only understand when you begin to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ. So it says that the communication, the sharing, the distribution of your faith may be accompanied with an effective power, with an effective manifestation of the power of God that will in turn help you to now understand certain things that God has given to us. But until you begin to share and communicate the Word of God, you will not. You will not experience. You will not experience that epignosis. [00:09:48] Speaker B: Hallelujah. [00:09:50] Speaker A: Okay, so that is what, where it is written Acknowledgment. The acknowledgment. So that means that as you share the Word of God, as you share the Gospel of Christ, the Holy Spirit will begin to reveal an acknowledgment of certain things that have been deposited in you in Christ. Says, I give thanks to my God for you, always when I mentioned you in my prayers, because I continue to hear of your love and of your loyal faith which you have toward the Lord Jesus and which you show toward all the saints. God's consecrated people says, and I pray that the participation in and the sharing of your faith may produce and promote full recognition and appreciation and understanding and precise knowledge of every good thing that is ours in our identification with Christ Jesus and unto his glory. There's an operative power, says, may it be accompanied with an operative effective, effectual power of God that will now give you a more precise knowledge of certain things that we have received in Christ Jesus. Glory to God. So don't wait. Don't just wait. Don't be a spectator. Communicate, share the faith. Share your faith in the gospel of Jesus Christ with somebody else, and you begin to experience manifestations of the power of God that you otherwise would not experience until you start sharing and communicating your faith in the gospel of Jesus Christ with others and with somebody else.
